Choose Your Path
Use this quick guide before you start:
- Standard: Use for classic manual entry with timer, team/opponent stats, and finish flow.
- Beta: Use for sideline-focused basketball tracking with quick substitutions.
- Live Broadcast Tracker: Use Beta-style tracking plus live chat and live-view context.
- Photo Score Sheet: Use after the game to import final stats from a score sheet image.
- Stream & Score: Use when you have combined scorekeeper + streaming volunteer access. Opens a single game-day workspace with scoring controls and stream setup side by side.
- Live Broadcast Simple: Use for goal-sport games (soccer, hockey, lacrosse, field hockey, water polo) when you only need score, clock, and goals — not full stats. Available alongside Live Broadcast Tracker in the Track modal for these sports.
Important behavior:
- If no mode chooser appears, the game opens in the default Standard tracker.

Common Questions
- Which mode is best for live play?
Use Standard for familiar manual entry. Use Beta or Live Broadcast Tracker for faster sideline substitutions and live context.
- When should I use Photo Score Sheet?
Use it after the game when final stats are on a completed paper score sheet.
- Can coaches, admins, and delegated scorekeepers run this workflow?
Yes. Coaches and admins retain full access. Delegated scorekeepers can track scheduled games when they have scorekeeping permission, but team management remains restricted.
- What happens after Save & Complete?
The game is marked complete and opens in report view for review and sharing.
- How does tracking work for baseball and softball?
Baseball and softball are fully supported sports with built-in stat templates (AB, H, R, RBI, BB, FP), batting order planning, diamond game-planning formations, seven-inning defaults, run scoring, and starter drills.
- What is Live Broadcast Simple?
For goal-sport games (soccer, hockey, lacrosse, field hockey, water polo), the Track modal offers a Live Broadcast Simple choice alongside the full Live Broadcast Tracker. Simple mode only tracks score, clock, and goals — ideal when you don't need detailed play-by-play stats.
Recovery & Troubleshooting
- Sent back to login: Sign in again, reopen the same game from schedule, and continue.
- Tracking says this is a practice: Practice events cannot be tracked as games. Return to schedule and open a game event.
- No basketball mode chooser: Continue in the default Standard tracker.
- Game already has tracked data: If prompted to clear data, cancel to keep records or confirm to start fresh.
- Photo analysis mapped teams incorrectly: Use side swap, remap home players, and verify final scores before applying.
- Save & Complete did not finish: Stay on the page, confirm final scores, retry save, then verify in report view.
- Baseball/softball stats not showing correct template: Confirm the team sport is set to Baseball or Softball in team settings, then reopen the stat config.
- Simple goal tracker not appearing: The Live Broadcast Simple option only appears for goal-sport games (soccer, hockey, lacrosse, field hockey, water polo).
