These Terms govern use of ALL PLAYS. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use ALL PLAYS for a team or organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it.

Accounts and authorized adults

Accounts are for adults who can enter into these Terms. You are responsible for your credentials, account activity, and the accuracy of information you provide. Athlete information about a minor may be entered only by an authorized parent, guardian, coach, or organization representative with appropriate permission.

Team responsibilities

Team owners and administrators control access to team rosters, schedules, communications, media, and records. They must use personal information only for legitimate team purposes, protect it appropriately, honor removal requests, and comply with applicable youth-sports, privacy, and safeguarding requirements.

Acceptable use

You may not harass others; impersonate a person or team; expose private athlete information; upload unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or infringing content; bypass access controls; disrupt the service; scrape private data; or use ALL PLAYS for unauthorized advertising or automated activity. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or cooperate with lawful safety requests.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ALL PLAYS a limited license to host, process, display, resize, transmit, and back up that content solely to operate and improve the service. You confirm you have the necessary rights and permissions. Team-controlled historical records may remain with the team after an individual leaves or deletes an account.

Sports, safety, and third parties

ALL PLAYS is an organizational tool, not an emergency, medical, legal, employment, background-check, officiating, or safeguarding service. Verify schedules, eligibility, safety requirements, employment claims, and emergency information independently. Links and integrations provided by third parties are governed by their terms.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. To the extent allowed by law, ALL PLAYS disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.

Termination

You may stop using ALL PLAYS or request account deletion. Team owners must transfer ownership or deactivate their teams first. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, unlawful activity, or harm to users.
