Team Operations

Ownership model for team creation, roster, schedule, and configuration.

Team Creation and Core Management

  • Coach/Admin: Create and manage teams from dashboard.html.
  • Coach/Admin: Edit team metadata in edit-team.html.
  • Parent/Member: View team context in team.html only.

Roster and Schedule Ownership

  • Coach/Admin: Manage roster in edit-roster.html.
  • Coach/Admin: Plan/update events in edit-schedule.html.
  • Coach/Admin: Maintain an officials directory in edit-schedule.html for future game officiating assignments. Officials are separate from roster members, parents, coaches, and generic game assignments.
  • Parent/Member: Consume schedule from team.html and calendar.html.
  • Parent: Revoke household contact access from Parent Dashboard — marks the contact's membership revoked, removes delegated parent/player links, and invalidates related invite tokens.

Config and Analytics Controls

  • Coach/Admin: Stat and config management in edit-config.html. Stat setup controls include visibility, scope, format, precision, ranking, formula, group, and Top Stat selection. Stats marked as public leaderboard Top Stats must have public-player visibility.
  • Coach/Admin: Team planning workflows in game-plan.html and drills.html.
  • Parent: Parent-specific team and player views in parent-dashboard.html and player.html.

Administration

  • Admin: Global admin workflows in admin.html.
  • Admin: Access checks and status verification through admin tooling pages.
