Game Operations

Role ownership for planning, tracking, and post-game workflows.

Game and Practice Planning

  • Coach/Admin: Build game/practice schedule in edit-schedule.html.
  • Coach/Admin: Add officiating slots to games, assign officials from the directory, and review coverage status in edit-schedule.html.
  • Coach/Admin: Prepare game plans in game-plan.html.
  • Coach/Admin: Prepare drills in drills.html.

Officiating Assignments

  • Coach/Admin: Add officiating slots and enable per-game self-assignment in edit-schedule.html.
  • Official: Review assigned games, accept or decline, mark can't make it, submit final score and notes after the game, and claim open slots in officials.html. Open slot self-assignment is restricted to eligible team participants (team owner, admin, parent, roster member, or global admin).
  • Coach/Admin: Assignment response and coverage status are visible on the schedule editor game card.

Tracking Workflows

  • Coach/Admin: Standard tracker in track.html.
  • Coach/Admin: Live tracker in track-live.html.
  • Coach/Admin: Basketball live tracker in live-tracker.html.
  • Coach/Admin: Basketball beta tracker in track-basketball.html.
  • Coach/Admin: Statsheet tracking in track-statsheet.html.
  • Volunteer (Stream & Score): Combined scorekeeper + streaming access in a single game-day workspace. Routed from game-day entry when the Stream & Score access level is granted.

Game Day and Reports

  • Coach/Admin: Game day operation in game-day.html.
  • Parent/Coach/Admin/Member: Game report viewing in game.html.
  • Parent/Coach/Admin: Player-centric report drilldown in player.html.
