Delete your ALL PLAYS account

You can permanently delete your login and associated personal account data from the iOS app, Android app, or web app.

In the app

  1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Profile, then Security.
  3. Select Delete my account.
  4. Type DELETE and confirm.
Sign in to request deletion

If you own a team

Transfer team ownership to another authorized adult or deactivate the team first. This prevents one person’s account deletion from erasing records that belong to the entire team.

What is deleted

ALL PLAYS deletes the authentication account, personal profile and settings, notification records, private account data, personal social content, account-owned media, and other records directly associated with the login. Processing normally begins immediately and may take up to 30 days.

What may remain

Team and athlete history controlled by a team may remain with that team, with your personal account association removed where applicable. Limited security, fraud-prevention, backup, dispute, or legally required records may also be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Can’t sign in?

Email support@allplays.ai from the address on the account. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
